Please note : all rates quoted are per person, in US dollars

High season is from April 1st to October 31st

Low season is from November 1st to March 31st

Low season equates to the rainy season, which can make operations more difficult

Conditions

Safari Costs Include :

All permits, entry fee’s, transport and transfers, and all activities while in the field

All meals,& soft drinks

All accommodation, though this may be camping in the field

Laundry and cleaning services

All services of guides and staff

Safari Costs Exclude :

Flights to and from Victoria Falls airport

All alcoholic drinks.

All personal items eg toiletries, clothing , etc

Excursions and activities not included in your itinerary eg Victoria Falls tour

Personal insurance, which must cover the trip and include medical evacuation

Note

Accommodation is in chalets or homesteads – comfortable but not luxury!

Camping out is generally in small 2 man tents or under the stars!

Meals are wholesome and filling.

Transport is in 4x4 vehicles, with safari seats on the back

Good walking shoes are required, plus a good hat

Clothing is required to be drab greens or browns – no bright colours

Binoculars and a digital camera are essential

Malaria prophylactics are advised, especially in the low season
